Our Second Courtyard is spacious and vibrant, decorated withwarm earthy colours. The room has an extra length King size bed and can be adjusted to twin beds. En-suite spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath. Small private cortyard.

The front desk is open from 7 AM - 9 PM.
Our confirmation & cancellation policy:
We regret that it has become necessary to impose cancellation charges, any refunds on deposits are dependent on the ability to relet the room.
Cancellations:
- Less than 3 days from date forfeit 100% of the booking value up to 3 nights.
- From 3 to 7 days forfeit the full deposit or 50% of accommodation value.
- From 7 to 14 days forfeit 75% of the deposit or 37,5% of accommodation value.
- From 14 to 21 days forfeit 50% of the deposit or 25% of accommodation value.
- From 21 to 28 days forfeit 25% of the deposit or 12,5% of accommodation value.
- All refunds is subject to a 4% Handling Fee
To confirm and secure your booking we require a 50% deposit. This payment can be made with a direct deposit into our account or with credit card. For a credit card transaction we require your card details i.e. Card number, expiry date and security code to take the deposit manually from our office. For a direct deposit, proof of payment must be faxed or emailed to our office to secure the booking, with reference to date of arrival and name of booking and your contact details.
Terms & conditions
Résidence Klein Oliphants Hoek has a NO SMOKING policy inside the building and in the bed- and bathrooms, according to South African Law. Smoking is possible on the veranda, patio, around the pool, in the garden or in a small separate ‘Cigar-lounge’/ wine room.
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
